Vacuum liquid ring pumps of the series VHC from the company Pumping bacon They are applicable in a wide range of technological operations requiring pumping out the gas medium and creating a vacuum in the system, they are very economical and reliable in operation, not demanding in maintenance. They have a two-stage configuration, without valves, and a practical modular structure. The new design makes it easy and safe to keep the equipment clean. They can also be equipped with a magnetic coupling for working with aggressive or dangerous environments and complete isolation of the drive unit. The suction and supply pipes are directed radially upwards relative to the axis of rotation. Certified according to the ATEX standard (1G,+H2).
Cast iron or stainless steel are used as structural materials of the pump body, the impeller can be made of corrosion-resistant steel or red bronze. The shaft is made of steel grade 1.4122 or 1.4571 and sealed with a mechanical (mechanical) seal. The drive unit consists of highly efficient three-phase electric motors with surface cooling and protection against penetration of water and dust.
