Woywod PLASTICOLOR Vacuum Loaders series IPL-P They are used for remote automatic feeding of powders, granules and crushed materials into extrusion, blow molding and injection molding machines for plastic processing. Such an organization of production significantly increases the efficiency of the process, ensures continuous and dosed supply of raw materials, reduces the cost of material consumption and maintains the cleanliness of the working area.
The loader is powered by a powerful vacuum pump, very efficient suction. Equipped with a protective filter with a large filtration surface area (2.2 - 6.6 m2), cleaning is automatic with compressed air. The operation is controlled by an integrated electronic unit with a microprocessor, the operating and rest time is set programmatically (3-character display), the possibility of connecting to industrial networks is realized. The case is made of stainless steel. If it is impossible to load the material, an alarm message is issued.
