Site vibrators are used on construction sites , when loading and unloading bulk materials. When unloading wagons with bulk material, the vibrator is attached to the sides or bottom, which facilitates and speeds up the work. They are used in the production of concrete blocks, bricks, paving slabs and various forms associated with concrete, in steel production (unloading of the charge). The principle of operation of site vibrators is based on obtaining a centrifugal forced force due to the rotational movements of inertial balances installed on both sides of the rotating shaft of the electric motor. During operation, the vibrator forms a monolithic product from the source material poured into special molds, since the substance itself is compacted, air escapes, voids are filled and a monolithic shape of the product is obtained.
