The electromechanical vibrator with circular vibrations VV15N/2 is intended for use as a vibration exciter on feeders, vibrating screens, bunkers, technological machines in order to mechanize the process of unloading and transporting materials, on cassette molding plants, for the manufacture of reinforced concrete products.
The vibrator is an electric motor, at both ends of the rotor shaft of which double unbalances are installed, which, rotating, create a centrifugal (forcing) force. In each pair, one of the unbalances is fixed, the other is pivoting.
The regulation of vibration parameters (driving force and amplitude of vibrations) and power consumption is carried out by changing the location of the rotary balances.
