The electromechanical vibrator with circular vibrations VV57B/4 is intended for use as an exciter of vibrations on vibration conveyors, vibration feeders, vibrating screens and other vibration mechanisms used in technological lines for various industries.
The vibrator is an electric motor, at both ends of the rotor shaft of which double unbalances are installed, which, rotating, create a centrifugal (forcing) force. In each pair, one of the unbalances is fixed, the other is pivoting.
The regulation of vibration parameters (driving force and amplitude of vibrations) and power consumption is carried out by changing the location of the rotary balances.
