Electromechanical vibrators for punches with circular vibrations are designed to excite vibration in punches in the manufacture of hollow floor slabs.
The vibrator is a hermetically sealed case with a collet clip on the outside, with which it is securely fixed inside the punch. The vibrator can be mounted inside a punch with an internal diameter from 145 to 150 mm.
The use of these vibrators in the manufacture of hollow plates will allow
significantly improve the quality of products and reduce the molding time.
