Vibrators for formwork IV-448 are designed to seal the concrete mixture in the formwork in places that are difficult to reach for a deep vibrator: under windows and niches, in columns, etc. They consist of a surface vibrator mounted on a quick-release clamp. The clamp is designed to attach the structure to the formwork of doka, PERI and other systems compatible with them. The formwork vibrator is installed instead of the formwork lock.
The driving force (impact force) can be adjusted by changing the position of the unbalances (eccentrics) located under the covers at both ends of the vibrator.
The surface vibrator included in the composition can be conventional (frequency of mechanical vibration 50 Hz) or high-frequency (frequency of mechanical vibration 100 Hz or 200 Hz).
