Electromechanical pad vibrators BLz from the company Invicta They are represented by a wide range of power solutions for performing various technological operations related to active vibration action. A popular offer for compacting building mixes, unloading bunkers, equipping vibrating tables, screens, transporting bulk materials, etc. Circular vibrations are generated by an electric motor due to the displacement of the center of gravity by eccentric loads.
The design of the vibrators is completely sealed to prevent dust and water from entering the electric machine. The housing is made of aluminum alloy (according to BLz24 size) or cast iron with spherical graphite (for sizes over BLz24). Maintenance-free ball bearings are installed on small sizes, and with the BLz25 model, the support units are reinforced with roller bearings.
This product line is suitable for use in difficult production conditions, including in explosive zones 21 and 22, according to ATEX.
