The main part of the vibrating rack is a general-purpose electromechanical vibrator with circular vibrations of the classic EV-320E series or an extended-life vibrator IV-01-50E, which is rigidly connected to an aluminum equalizer. For ease of maneuvering, the vibrating rack provides a height-adjustable handle on which a push-button switch is fixed. To protect the operator from electric shock, an electric protective shutdown device (RCD) with a euro plug fixed on a 0.5 m long cable is used in the design of the vibrating rack.
The vibrating rack can work with an adjustable electronic frequency converter, which allows you to change the vibration frequency by increasing or decreasing 1.5 times the nominal (50 Hz), within the permissible value of the driving force, save electricity, limit starting currents, choose the optimal mode of operation.
