Vibration dampers VU-11-75 and VU-11-75E -designed for sealing various types of loose and cohesive road surfaces, such as sand, gravel, sand-gravel mixture and asphalt concrete during road construction, repair and other work related to sealing the surface in a confined space. The vibration compactor is a structure made of a plate, which is its working part, in the center of which an electromechanical vibrator is installed, for general use with circular vibrations IV-98B or IV-98E. A frame with a control handle is attached to the plate through special vibration isolators. A vibrator power switch is installed on the handle. The sealing occurs due to the vertical component of the driving force arising in the vibrator. The forward movement of the vibration compactor occurs due to the horizontal component of the driving force. To regulate the magnitude of the driving force of the vibrator, the unbalances at both ends of the shaft are double. The adjustment is carried out by changing the angle between the movable and fixed unbalances at the ends of the shaft. The vibration compactor can work with an adjustable electronic frequency converter, which allows you to change the vibration frequency from 0 to 1.5 nominal. This allows you to save electricity, limit starting currents, and select the optimal operating mode.
