VIMARC® X-Type vibration motors
VIMARC® vibration motors have been built with great success for over 50 years. Built-in cylindrical roller bearings with high load capacity and increased bearing clearance are lubricated for life with a special lubricant in our factory.
Since 2009, an extensive program of VIMARC® engines has been produced both at the Haan plant in Germany and at the Houston (Texas) plant in the USA. Full service for these engines, such as technical advice, spare parts supply, repair services, are available at both production facilities.

Power supply:Voltages from 380 V to 415 V at 50 Hz and
from 460 V to 480 V at 60 Hz.

Electrical connection:Use a highly flexible cable for heavy mechanical loads. For example: H07RN-F or A07RN-F according to DIN VDE 0282.

Operating mode:Continuous operation (S1) and intermittent operation at 100% centrifugal force.
Hood:Stainless steel hoods are available up to the size of the FX 700 engine. All larger engines through the FX 700 are equipped with deep sheet metal hoods. The special shape and silicone seal provide perfect protection against dust and water ingress.
montage:It can be mounted in any position without restrictions.
Coating color:The standard in RAL 5015. Other colors are available on request.
Type of code:
The type code is read as follows:
First letter=size
The following letters=description of the execution. Finally, if there is a Z, it is a 60 Hz motor, otherwise it is a 50 Hz motor.
Numerical cushion=operating torque in kgf
(Operating torque=2 x static torque)
This is followed by a hyphen and then the pole number.
Follow the additional letters=special versions.

VIMARC® vibration motors are built to last in AX, BX, CX, DX and FX formats. However, a lubrication device is available on request.
The sizes HX and KX are equipped at the factory with the possibility of re-lubrication.
