Functioning
The linear motion exciters VU consist of a housing (central housing), which is supported by two shafts by means of 4 bearings, synchronized
two helical gears.
The eccentric weight is installed at the end of both shafts rotating synchronously in opposite directions, which determines the resulting unidirectional centrifugal force perpendicular to the mounting surface of the exciter.
Static moment: From 3140 to 119525 kgm. The static moment of the eccentric scales can be adjusted using additional scales.
Centrifugal force: Up to 453 kN.
Ambient temperature: -40 °C to +70 °C.

The VU exciters can be installed in all positions, always with the shafts in a horizontal position.
