¶Design features
¶LUG type systems differ from conventional flanged and flanged rotary disc valves by the presence of mounting eyelets on the body, which allow them to be fastened with studs or bolts in the absence of a second flange. Due to this feature, such fittings can be used as an end locking valve for the pipeline.
