Application
For heating, water supply, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Depending on the materials used, rotary valves can be used for drinking, industrial, seawater, food and bulk products, gases, oils and petroleum products, aggressive and abrasive media in a wide range of temperature/pressure modes, in fire extinguishing systems.
The main advantages
- Tightness class A.
- Light weight.
- Small construction length.
- Low cost of installation and maintenance.
- Hermetically sealed flow overlap in both directions.
- Only two parts are in contact with the working medium: the seat seal and the disc.
- Replaceable seat seal.
Body
The technology of powder coating with epoxy coating is used. High adhesion of the paint to the surface of the housing is ensured, as well as high corrosion resistance. The coating thickness is up to 300 microns.
Disc - The carefully polished spherical edge of the disc reduces torque and increases the service life of the shutter, which reduces operating costs.
Stem - The robust design of the stem-to-disc connection allows the use of these valves at high flow rates. This solution preserves the maintainability of the shutter. The upper stem has an anti-blowout system. Plain bearings reduce torque and have a positive effect on service life.
Seat seal
The inner labyrinth of the seal avoids its tearing out of the shutter body. The outer rings ensure sealing of the gate when installed between the flanges.
